Libraries
Occupational therapists can:
- Introduce clients on how to use the library (finding, selecting and signing out items)
- Teach the use of the Dewey Decimal System
- Introduce clients to groups and classes available at the library

Branches and Hours
- Find individual branches, contact information, and information on how to get to the library
Get a Library Card (Requires identification with documentation of current home address, children need parent or guarantor to sign registration form)
- Children under 18: FREE
- First adult per household - $12
- Other adults per household - $8, up to a maximum of $36 per household
- For those unable to pay the basic fee, there is a free membership for 1 year

- Magazines and Newspapers at EPL (in various other languages)

Programs and Events
General Search (can search by branch or by category)
- Categories involve: Art groups, community groups (aboriginals, seniors, caregivers), craft groups, ESL clubs, films, games (chess, lego, video games), health and wellness groups, hobby groups (gardening, mycological society, knitting, toastmasters), multiculturalism discussion, puppet shows, summer reading clubs, writing and reading clubs

- Beginners, E-mail, Facebook, Google, Internet Search, Library Catalogue, Twitter)
Preschool Programs
- Baby, One and Two Year old, Pre-School Storytime, Family Storytime programs
